Mint Data | Managed Web Data Pipelines & Web Scraping Services

Web scraping and AI automation for B2B teams. We build it, and we keep it running.

Pipelines that bring external data into your systems every week, and AI agents, assistants, and automation that put data to work. Both are maintained by the team that built them.

Getting the data takes work. So does putting it to use.

The information your team needs is out there: competitor prices, product catalogs, market listings, reviews, public records. Collecting it by hand is slow, and scrapers built in-house break when sites change. Inside the company the problem repeats: people spend hours reading documents, classifying records, and moving information between systems that do not talk to each other.

Which one is slowing your team down?

Managed Web Scraping

The external data your team needs, delivered clean and on schedule into the systems you already use. We build the collectors, monitor them, and fix them when the sites change, so your team works with the data instead of chasing it.

AI & Automation

Custom AI applications, agents, and assistants that read documents, classify information, answer questions from your internal knowledge, and take defined actions in your systems, with human review where it matters. We build on your existing data, on web data we collect, or on both, and under a managed plan we keep the system running after launch. No web scraping required.

Why teams trust the work

See how we work
  • Built for your case

We design each pipeline and each AI workflow around your specific sources, systems, and business rules, not around a template.

  • Quality you can measure

Pipelines we build report the numbers your team needs to trust them: records delivered, field completeness, validation pass rate, duplicates removed, and the time of the last successful collection per source. AI projects ship with evaluation results and how they were measured.

  • Reviewed before we build

Before collection starts, we assess source terms, data sensitivity, and privacy requirements for your project, and we document the constraints that apply. Your team receives that assessment in writing.

How we engage

  1. 1

    Fixed-price proof of concept

A working sample or prototype in 2 to 6 weeks, at a price agreed before we start. You evaluate real output before committing to more.

  2. 2

    Managed service

A recurring pipeline or AI workflow, monitored and maintained by our team under a managed service agreement that defines what is included.

  3. 3

    Milestone-based project

For one-time builds or handovers to your team. Scope, price, and acceptance criteria are defined per milestone.

Frequently asked questions

Eight questions buyers usually ask before a first call.

What does Mint Data actually do?

Mint Data does two things. We design and operate custom web data pipelines that collect, clean, and deliver external data on schedule: competitor pricing, market and competitive intelligence, product data, lead enrichment, and AI-ready datasets. And we build custom AI applications, agents, and assistants that automate work on the data you already have, on the data we collect, or on both. You can hire either service on its own, and both can run as a managed service after launch.

Who does Mint Data work with?

Mint Data is headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia, and works with B2B teams in the US, the UK, Europe, and Latin America: typically commercial directors, operations leaders, data teams, and CEOs who need reliable external data or automation without building and maintaining the systems internally. We have delivered for Nielsen, McKinsey, Panasonic, Carlyle Investments, Almacenes Tía, GetYourGuide, Payjoy, Swiss Residence Group AG, Airis Labs, Kaoh Media, Profitero, and Welli.

How is Mint Data different from self-serve scraping tools or infrastructure providers?

Infrastructure providers such as proxy and API vendors give you building blocks that your team still has to assemble and maintain. Other managed scraping vendors deliver the data. Mint Data delivers the data and the numbers behind it: records delivered, field completeness, validation pass rate, duplicates removed, and the time of the last successful collection per source. Before we build, you receive a written review of source terms. After launch, a named engineer owns your pipeline.

Can we hire Mint Data for AI without web scraping?

Yes. An AI project can run entirely on data you already have: documents, CRM records, support tickets, internal databases. We scope the use case, confirm the data can support it, build the application or agent, and keep it running. Web data enters only when the problem needs it.

How long does a typical project take?

Many projects move from first conversation to an initial sample or proof of concept in 2–6 weeks, depending on source complexity, volume, data quality requirements, and delivery format. Full production pipelines typically require a separate implementation timeline of 4–12 weeks. We share a clear timeline before any work begins.

How does pricing work?

Each engagement is custom-scoped, so there is no fixed price list. Most of our work falls into one of three structures: a fixed-price proof of concept, an ongoing monthly retainer for managed data pipelines, or a milestone-based delivery for full-build projects. We share a written proposal with clear pricing before any work begins.

Is web scraping legal?

Web scraping depends on the source, the type of data, the jurisdiction, and the intended use. Mint Data focuses on responsible collection from public sources and evaluates each project for source terms, data sensitivity, copyright, privacy, and applicable regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. When data requires consent, licensing, or another authorized access path, we use the appropriate channel. We do not collect personal data without a valid lawful basis.

What does a first conversation with Mint Data look like?

A 30-minute discovery call. We ask about the business question you are trying to answer, the data or process involved, and the systems it needs to connect to. We share how we would approach it, what is feasible, and whether we are the right partner. No pitch, no slides, just a working conversation.

Tell us what you need to collect or automate

Thirty minutes. We will go through your sources or your process, share relevant experience from previous projects, and identify any feasibility checks needed before we scope the work.
